I’m preparing my recipe cards for class today, Poultry and Game, and I stopped to google guinea fowl. Ano yun…Kala ko parang guinea pig. Parang survivor or some cultures in South America!
In this lesson wala namang rabbit or venison so I’m safe. I don’t want to eat Bambi! But surprisingly, I don’t get freaked out with guts and weird animal juices in class. I just pretend that this is biology and I’m operating on a frog, which just had it coming. (PETA don’t attack!)
p.s. I dissected Jordan Benedicto’s frog in biology because he was too squeamish. Did it in 6 minutes, NAILED IT!)
